MVM Life Science Partners

MVM Life Science Partners Ltd is a dedicated life science fund with offices in London, and Boston. MVM currently has $300 Million under management and MVM recently announced the first closure of their third fund of additionally $130 Million. MVM focuses in particular on early stage investments and is lead investor in about 60 percent of the investments. About 50 percent of these are placed in the US and the remaining part in Europe and mainly in the UK. MVM has so far only done one investment in Scandinavia

NBGI Ventures

NBGI Ventures currently manages a €60 million venture capital fund and is in the process of raising its second fund of similar size. NBGI Ventures has offices in London and Athens and considers investments across Europe focusing on early stage investments in technology and particularly in medtech. The Fund's typical investment size ranges between €2-5 million for a first investment.
